The IT-N6900 series DC power supplies offer 60V and 150V outputs with power ratings of 850W and 1500W. The entire series features a black panel with a high-definition display, low ripple, and low noise, providing stable and clean DC power. They offer two current ranges and a current resolution as high as 1 μA. The IT-N6900 series can achieve multiple voltage and current combinations at a fixed power. A single power supply can meet the testing needs of different devices under test with high voltage and low current or high current and low voltage. At the same time, because the output of the power supply voltage and current is controlled by the limit power, it will show automatic ranging of voltage and current switching.
List Programming Function
The IT-N6900 LIST operation can provide up to 100 steps of sequence output, and a total of 10 sequence files can be edited. Users can generate various output change sequences by editing sequential operations, each step including voltage, current, time, and whether to loop steps.
CC&CV Priority Function
The IT-N6900 series uses the CC/CV priority concept, which can help users solve various harsh problems in long-term testing applications, making high-speed or overshoot-free power supply applications more flexible. Users can choose the CV priority mode to obtain a faster voltage rise speed for test scenarios requiring high-speed voltage; or they can choose the CC priority mode, the output current is overshoot-free, used to test the constant current working characteristics of the device under test. Applicable to laser testing, integrated circuit testing, charge and discharge testing, automotive electronic power transient simulation and characterization, etc.
