    LD-HC Series

Tested product: OLED module or complete device, suitable for high/low-temperature and ambient-temperature optical measurements of products ranging from 3 to 20 inches.

Application scenarios: Primarily used in R&D/quality laboratories

Optical instruments: Compatible with Topcon SR series and Konica Minolta CS series spectroradiometers. The software can also be adapted for PhotoResearch PR series instruments.

Signal generator: Can be paired with programmable PG units, such as models from brands like JC, HYC, Chroma, and more.

Equipment features: The product is positioned horizontally and includes three linear axes—X, Y, and Z—and two rotary axes—θ and φ. It offers a positioning accuracy resolution of 0.01 mm and 0.01°, with each axis equipped with safety limit switches.

High-and-Low Temperature Control System: Utilizing a thermal flow meter testing mechanism, this system features rapid cooling and high efficiency. It employs an air-blowing method for both cooling and heating, directly introducing cold or hot air into the insulated chamber of the equipment. The chamber can accommodate products ranging from 1 to 27 inches for testing purposes. Inside the chamber, a built-in temperature sensor continuously monitors and adjusts the internal temperature in real time. The temperature range spans from -40°C to 100°C, with an accuracy of ±1°C. Additionally, the system maintains a constant supply of dry, pressurized air, ensuring no moisture forms inside the chamber. Cooling from room temperature down to -40°C takes no more than 45 minutes, while heating from room temperature up to 100°C also completes within 45 minutes.
