    Manual Operation

    Weighing only 4 kg, the ATOS Q scanning head, combined with its compact design and carbon fiber tripod, allows you to scan anywhere.

     

    Semi-Automatic Operation

    Mounted on a carbon fiber tripod or desktop stand, and coupled with the GOM ROT 350 automatic turntable or automatic turntable set, the ATOS Q can be operated semi-automatically.

    Fully Automatic Operation

    Combined with the ATOS ScanBox 4105, the ATOS Q delivers peak efficiency, ensuring highly efficient and reliable quality control.

    Triple Scanning Principle

    The 3-in-1 lens sensor, with its left and right cameras capable of simultaneous image capture, provides three different perspectives of the object in a single measurement. This reduces the number of scans required, resulting in faster measurement speeds (even with complex components) by avoiding "hotspots" and improving scanning results on glossy surfaces.

    Self-Monitoring System

    The ATOS Q incorporates all checks during the measurement process, from the clear conversion of single measurements to tracking the object's position even when the probe is moving. The ATOS Q also automatically detects ambient light, avoids measurement errors, and provides online calibration monitoring, continuously ensuring measurement accuracy.     With its high-speed scanning and powerful light source, the ATOS Q, when used with the ATOS ScanBox 4105 fully automated measurement system,
    can achieve peak efficiency, enabling high-throughput, high-reliability quality control.

    The ScanBox 4105 automated 3D measurement system features a virtual measuring room that allows for software planning of measurement needs before measurement. It can simulate the functionality of a real measurement environment. The virtual measuring room enables users to operate the system even without specific robotic programming skills.
