Equipped with 1300 megapixel high-performance industrial camera, can obtain high-precision geometric features of the object surface. At the same time, the device adopts a modular lens setting, which can achieve rapid switching of different measurement ranges to adapt to various high-precision 3D measurement needs.

Application Case 1: Mobile phone back cover detection
As one of the precision assembly components, the mobile phone back cover has high size requirements. OptimScan series fixed blue light 3D scanner has metrology-grade accuracy ( 13M accuracy up to 4 μm), and has strong detail restoration ability, can obtain high-quality 3D data, and with automatic turntable, semi-automatic scanning can be realized. Application Case 2: 3D data acquisition of artificial heart valve
Artificial heart valves are cardiac interventional medical devices used to treat cardiac valve defects or degenerative lesions. Its basic structure includes three parts: metal frame, occluder and suture ring. In this case, we need to obtain the complete 3D data of the metal frame.
