    OptimScan 13M Metrology-grade high-precision blue light 3D scanner, continuing to use a narrowband blue light source, strong anti-interference ability, combined with powerful 3D reconstruction algorithm, achieves metrology-level measurement accuracy, accuracy up to 4 microns. Equipped with 1300 megapixel high-performance industrial camera, can obtain high-precision geometric features of the object surface. At the same time, the device adopts a modular lens setting, which can achieve rapid switching of different measurement ranges to adapt to various high-precision 3D measurement needs.

    Application Case 1: Mobile phone back cover detection 

    As one of the precision assembly components, the mobile phone back cover has high size requirements. During the production process, it is necessary to measure parameters including flatness, curvature, step height and hole depth. OptimScan series fixed blue light 3D scanner has metrology-grade accuracy ( 13M accuracy up to 4 μm), and has strong detail restoration ability, can obtain high-quality 3D data, and with automatic turntable, semi-automatic scanning can be realized. Only 1 minutes are needed to complete the detection report of all positions of the mobile phone back cover, providing a quality assessment basis for the product. 

     

     

    Application Case 2: 3D data acquisition of artificial heart valve 

    Artificial heart valves are cardiac interventional medical devices used to treat cardiac valve defects or degenerative lesions. Its basic structure includes three parts: metal frame, occluder and suture ring. In this case, we need to obtain the complete 3D data of the metal frame. Because it is a thin-walled mesh structure and its volume is relatively small, the scanning difficulty is relatively large. We use OptimScan series fixed blue light 3D scanner, relying on its high-performance hardware modules and powerful 3D reconstruction algorithm, completely obtains the complete 3D data of the artificial heart valve metal frame.
