SJ5100 High-Precision Grating Length Measuring Machine

The grating length measuring machine adopts imported high-precision grating measurement system, precision grinding guide rail, high-precision environmental compensation system, two-way constant measuring force system, and high-performance computer control system technology to achieve high-precision measurement of various length parameters. The high-precision grinding guide rail ensures the high stability and linearity of the measurement travel. A German-imported high-precision grating measurement system is used to record the length direction coordinates in contact measurement. The computer synthesizes the data, the measuring force device, and the feedback data of the temperature sensor, and analyzes it according to the relevant definitions and formulas of the measured parameters to calculate the relevant length parameters. The operator installs the workpiece, selects the standard of the workpiece and inputs the specifications of the workpiece on the detection software, moves the headstock to contact the workpiece, adjusts the five-axis workpiece platform and the head and tail seats to find the inflection point, completes the sampling to obtain the current measurement data, the system can display the measurement results in real time, automatically calculates the various parameters of the workpiece (such as detecting the thread gauge, the thread mean diameter can be converted and displayed), and performs qualified judgment on the various parameters of the workpiece according to the standard database built in the system. The entire measurement process takes no more than 3 minutes, and the results and reports are automatically generated after the detection.
