The eccentric shaft measurement configuration mainly consists of the SJ6800 main unit, angle mirror group, WR50 automatic precision turntable, eccentric shaft accessories, and eccentric shaft measurement software.
Eccentric shaft accessories are used for angle positioning accuracy measurement of摇篮轴等转台 (which cannot be installed on the axis).The eccentric shaft attachment consists of the following components:

Eccentric Shaft Measurement Principle
The working principle of eccentric shaft measurement utilizes the synchronous movement of the machine tool's linear axis and rotary axis. As shown in the figure below, each rotary axis movement has a corresponding linear axis movement. It should be noted that even with the same angle axis movement, the linear axis movement intervals will differ to ensure collimation between the interferometer and WR50.
