Pulse trigger acquisition is provided
The CT70 orthogonal trigger box can monitor signals from gratings, encoders, and controllers. In combination with the SJ6000 laser interferometer, it can achieve pulse trigger start acquisition and continuous pulse trigger acquisition. Suitable for situations where the motion axis is continuously moving, triggering the laser interferometer to acquire data at specified interval positions.
