    OptimScan 9M Metrology-grade high-precision blue light 3D scanner, equipped with 890 megapixel camera, can acquire high-precision features on the surface of the object. The device uses a narrowband blue light source with strong anti-interference ability. The modular lens setting allows for quick switching between different measurement ranges to adapt to various high-precision measurement needs. High-performance hardware modules and powerful 3D reconstruction algorithms achieve metrology-level detection requirements. It can meet the application needs of various fields, including intelligent manufacturing, rail transit, aerospace, and mold manufacturing. 

     

    1.2 Main Functions

    ● Structural Optimization 

    Optimized internal structural design ensures the stability of internal optical and electronic components; the lens has been tested for vibration according to the international standard IEC 60068-2-6 。 

    ● Blue Light Technology 

    Using a narrowband blue light source, it effectively filters ambient light interference during image acquisition, obtaining high-quality scan data. 

    ● High Precision 

    Using high-performance hardware modules and powerful 3D reconstruction algorithms, it achieves metrology-level detection requirements, with accuracy up to 0.005mm

    1.3 Application Cases 

    Application Case 1: Mobile Phone Back Cover Inspection 

    As one of the precision assembled components, the mobile phone back cover has high dimensional requirements. During production, it is necessary to measure parameters including planarity, curvature, step height, and hole depth. OptimScan series fixed blue light 3D scanners have metrology-level accuracy ( 9M Accuracy up to 5 μ), and have strong detail restoration capabilities, allowing for the acquisition of high-quality 3D data. Combined with an automatic turntable, it can achieve semi-automatic scanning. It only takes 1 minutes to complete the detection report for all positions of the mobile phone back cover, providing a quality assessment basis for the product.

     

    Application Case 2: 3D Data Acquisition of Artificial Heart Valves 

    Artificial heart valves are cardiac interventional medical devices used to treat heart valve defects or degenerative lesions. Their basic structure includes three parts: a metal frame, an occluder, and a suture ring. In this case, we need to obtain complete 3D data of the metal frame. Due to its thin-walled mesh structure and small size, scanning is difficult. We use OptimScan 9M metrology-grade high-precision blue light 3D scanner. With its high-performance hardware module and powerful 3D reconstruction algorithm, the complete 3D data of the artificial heart valve metal frame was successfully obtained.
