    Application Case 1: 3D Data Acquisition of Artificial Heart Valves

    Artificial heart valves are cardiac interventional medical devices used to treat heart valve defects or degenerative lesions. Their basic structure includes three parts: a metal frame, an occluder, and a suture ring. In this case, we need to obtain the complete 3D data of the metal frame. Because it is a thin-walled mesh structure and relatively small, the scanning difficulty is relatively high. Using the Xilin Tianyuan OptimScan series of fixed blue light 3D scanners, with its high-performance hardware modules and powerful 3D reconstruction algorithms, we successfully obtained the complete 3D data of the artificial heart valve metal frame.

    Application Case 2: Coffee Machine Gear Scanning
