IT7800 Series High-Power Programmable AC Power SupplyThe IT7800 series is a new generation of high-power programmable AC/DC power supplies integrating user-friendly programming functions, a new touch interface, and rich data waveform analysis capabilities. Utilizing Silicon Carbide (SiC) technology and a high-power density design, it achieves 6kVA in a 1U volume and 15kVA in a 3U volume. Through master-slave paralleling, it can also provide a large capacity AC/DC output of up to 960kVA. The LCD touchscreen design, coupled with an intuitive and simple UI, allows users to operate quickly and smoothly.
The IT7800 series has a built-in full-featured power meter and arbitrary waveform generator, capable of simulating harmonics and various arbitrary waveform outputs; users can choose from four output modes: single-phase, three-phase, reverse phase, and multi-channel to simulate different test scenarios; programmable output impedance and comprehensive measurement functions make the IT7800 series widely used in research, production, and quality inspection stages in various fields such as new energy, power electronics, and scientific research institutions.Product ModelModel Voltage Current Power Resolution Accuracy Interface Dimensions Product Features

Application Areas
High Power Density Design
The IT7800 series offers various compact structures, from 1U/2U/3U single units to 15U/27U/37U cabinets, meeting user needs for different single-cabinet test requirements from 2kVA to 165kVA. The 3U/15kVA model has only 1/12 the volume of ordinary AC power supplies on the market, greatly saving test space and eliminating the need for more cabinets or laboratory expansion, saving companies testing costs.
Master-Slave Paralleling, Large Capacity Free Combination
When users have higher power requirements, they can use the master-slave paralleling function of the IT7800 to increase the output current and power capacity. The IT7800 series can be paralleled up to 960kVA, and paralleling is simple without disassembling the cabinet. The IT7800 has built-in synchronous On/Off input and output signals to ensure synchronous paralleling and multi-module synchronous current sharing output. After paralleling, all functions are retained, and the accuracy is not lost. This makes the power system setup faster, more flexible, and more economical, easily meeting the needs of both single-unit testing and system setup.
Multi-Channel Testing Function
The IT7800 series' multi-channel function allows users to simultaneously test three independent devices under test without needing additional hardware. Traditional solutions require three AC power supplies to test three devices under test; however, one IT7800 device can meet the multi-channel testing needs. For example, the IT7815-350-90, with a rated power of 15kVA, can meet the testing needs of single-phase/three-phase 15kVA DUTs, and can also test up to three single-phase DUTs, offering versatile use and maximizing equipment utilization.
It can achieve AC, DC, AC+DC, and DC+AC output modes.
The IT7800 series can achieve four output modes: AC, DC, AC+DC, and DC+AC. It not only provides pure AC/DC output but also uses AC+DC and DC+AC output modes to achieve "AC output with DC bias" and "DC output waveform with ripple," providing engineers with a wider range of test applications.
Single-phase, three-phase, reverse-phase
The IT7800 series provides various output modes including single-phase, three-phase, and reverse-phase, which users can select via the panel menu. Combined with the device's programming function, it can simulate three-phase imbalance, three-phase harmonic imbalance, missing phase testing, phase reversal, and other tests. Its wide and flexible usage meets diverse application needs. Meanwhile, the IT7800's reverse-phase mode can also provide users with high-voltage testing solutions, doubling the voltage while maintaining two-thirds of the original power. For example, if set to 350V, the actual output voltage can reach 700V when the reverse-phase mode is selected.
