    The IT16000C series cleverly integrates a bidirectional power supply and regenerative load, achieving continuous current supply and efficient absorption. As a power supply, it can stably output the required power; as a load, it can efficiently absorb up to 100% of the rated current. In "Only Load" mode, the IT16000C series supports CR, CC, and CW mode load tests, providing users with more flexible application choices.

    Meanwhile, the IT16000C series has a high-speed current mode switching function, realizing fast, continuous, and seamless switching of output and absorption current, effectively avoiding potential damage to the device under test from voltage or current overshoot. Its compact design not only saves space, reduces energy consumption, and lowers operating costs, but also provides users with a more comprehensive and economical solution, suitable for advanced power control and protection needs in various application scenarios.

     

     

    Solar Cell Array Simulation I-V Curve Power Supply

    The IT16000C series is equipped with a SAS test interface specially designed for solar photovoltaic curve simulation, supporting maximum power point tracking tests of photovoltaic arrays/modules/batteries. In User-defined mode, users can easily set parameters such as Voc (open-circuit voltage), Vmp (maximum power point voltage), Imp (maximum power point current), and Isc (short-circuit current) to generate specific I-V curve outputs. Curve mode provides photovoltaic simulation functions according to EN50530 and Sandia standards, allowing users to select the corresponding solar cell material according to different standards and perform simulations by setting the Vmp (maximum power point voltage) and Pmp (maximum power point power) parameters, which is very suitable for verifying the performance of photovoltaic inverters (PV Inverter).

     

     

     

    Battery Simulation

    The IT16000C series is also a battery simulator, providing users with fast battery curve simulation functions. Users can freely select the "User-defined battery simulation" mode or the "Battery curve simulation" mode through the 5-inch touchscreen, quickly set the battery voltage, capacity, internal resistance, and SOC, easily define the battery model, and realize battery charge/discharge simulation.

    At the same time, users can also choose ITECH's professional BSS2000 battery simulation software, use the software's built-in commonly used battery type configurations to configure series-parallel parameters, and simulate the characteristic curves of battery modules of different types and capacities. The software supports users to import MATLAB battery models or import actual battery charge and discharge curves through CSV files, and then verify the adaptability of the battery in practical applications.
     

     

     

    Battery Charge/Discharge Test

    The IT16000C series, due to its unique bidirectional design and variable output impedance design, allows a single machine to simultaneously simulate the charging and discharging characteristics of the battery, realizing the setting of various test conditions for the battery and data processing, suitable for charge/discharge testing of various types of batteries.

    The IT16000C series can be matched with professional test software to form the ITS5300 battery charge and discharge test system. In addition to the charge and discharge cycle life test (BOL Test), it can also simulate complex real-world conditions, such as driving conditions, current pulses, or custom waveforms, to meet the evaluation of battery life, energy, and cruising range.
