II. Working Principle:
◆ The motor drives the gears and other components, causing the lower mold to move upward;
◆ The embedding material being squeezed and filled exerts a force on the spring;
◆ When the spring is compressed to the limit switch position, the pressure holding timer starts. As the embedding material melts, the spring continues to compress until the pressure holding time ends.
III. Embedding Powder Selection Range:
The embedding powder selection for this machine is limited to thermosetting materials (such as general-purpose, edge-retaining, and conductive embedding powders). The pressing temperature for different thermosetting materials can be adjusted and customized according to the material.
