HV-1000Z Micro-Vickers Hardness Tester
The HV-1000 / HV-1000Z digital display micro-Vickers hardness tester features a unique and precise design in its mechanics, optics, and light source, resulting in clearer indentation imaging and more accurate measurements. Equipped with a digital micrometer eyepiece, there is no need to consult tables or input indentation diagonals; the screen displays the test method, test force, indentation length, dwell time, number of measurements, and conversion scale. During operation, simply measure the indentation and press the eyepiece button to automatically calculate and display the hardness value on the screen. A Knoop indenter can be optionally used for Knoop hardness measurements, and an LCD screen measuring device and a CCD image automatic measurement system are also available.
