The automatic gantry-type Brinell hardness tester is designed to meet the needs of testing large and overweight workpieces. It can be installed on-site in the workshop for testing the intrinsic hardness of large castings, forgings, steel blanks, and semi-finished parts after heat treatment.
This machine consists of a base with tracks, a carriage, a gantry, a vertical movement and hardness measuring device, a hardness display, a moving drive device, and a control cabinet.
This machine is simple to operate, easy to use, accurate in measurement, and highly reliable.
This machine can test single workpieces or automatically detect batches of workpieces of the same specifications one by one.
The test force value, hardness value, and indentation measurement value of this machine can be directly traced to the provincial metrological unit.
The functions, configurations, and specific parameters of this machine can be customized according to the user's on-site situation and workpiece conditions.
Main functions
According to the preset parameters, this machine can automatically complete actions such as carriage movement, rapid descent of the test head, deceleration, application of test force, holding, removal of test force, horizontal movement of the measuring head, indentation measurement, display of hardness value and indentation diameter, and return of the measuring head to its initial position.
The track of this machine can be directly installed on the workshop floor, and the track length can be arbitrarily determined.
Users can set various measurement parameters through the touch screen.
The machine is equipped with a laser cross aiming device, which facilitates the determination of the test point during single-piece testing.
The machine is equipped with an angle grinder for convenient on-site grinding of the test surface.
Users can calibrate the test force.
Users can calibrate the hardness measurement value.
Users can calibrate the indentation measuring device.
