The large-scale Brinell hardness tester with a swing arm is designed to meet the needs of testing large and overweight workpieces. It can be installed on-site in the workshop for testing the intrinsic hardness of large castings, forgings, steel blanks, and semi-finished parts after heat treatment.
This machine consists of a base, column, cantilever, vertical movement and hardness measuring device, indentation measuring device, worktable, and control box.
This machine is simple to operate, easy to use, accurate in measurement, and highly reliable.
The test force value, hardness value, and indentation measurement value of this machine can be directly traced to the provincial metrological unit.
This machine can be customized according to the user's on-site conditions and workpiece situation.
Main functions
The forward and backward movement and left and right swing of the measuring head are manually adjusted, and the swing arm can rotate. 180° 。
The vertical movement of the test head is automatically controlled. Pressing the measurement button will automatically complete the actions of the test head quickly descending, decelerating, applying test force, holding, removing test force, and returning to the initial position.
The column can be directly installed on the workshop floor, and three measuring positions can be set in three different directions on the column for testing workpieces of three different size ranges.
Users can set various measurement parameters through the touch screen.
The machine is equipped with an automatic indentation measuring device, which can quickly obtain the hardness value, with high measurement accuracy and no human error. This device can automatically identify indentations on rough surfaces 100% without manual assistance.
The machine is equipped with a laser cross aiming device, which can be used to conveniently determine the test point.
The machine is equipped with an angle grinder, which can easily grind the test surface on site.
Users can calibrate the test force.
Users can calibrate the hardness measurement value.
