PHR Series Portable C Type Rockwell hardness tester is designed based on the basic principle of Rockwell hardness test. The test principle, test conditions and test accuracy all meet the Chinese standards GB/T230 ，international standards ISO6508 ，and American standards ASTM E18 and ASTM E110 。
The Rockwell hardness tester can directly read the hardness value, the test is fast and accurate, the indentation is very small, it can be regarded as non-destructive testing, and it can be used for piece-by-piece testing of batch-produced finished or semi-finished workpieces on the production site. Rockwell hardness tester is the most widely used hardness tester in metal processing enterprises.
Compared with small hardness testers, The C-type hardness tester adopts a parts clamping mechanism and a micrometer-like drum wheel reading mechanism, which has good stability, good repeatability, and high accuracy
