I. Product Introduction:
This machine is suitable for quality control of thermoplastic plastics with low melt viscosity. The measurement method is to determine the rate at which molten plastic is extruded through a die with a specified length and diameter under specified temperature, load, and piston position in the cylinder, using a timing measurement method, to determine the extrusion rate of the polymer flow rate during the process.
This machine uses a dual-zone PID temperature control for the mold cavity to ensure uniform heating of the plastic in the cavity. High-quality insulation materials are used to reduce errors caused by heat loss during testing.
It has a built-in automatic cutting function, and users can set the cutting time according to the test needs. It has undergone calibration and strict quality inspection before leaving the factory, and the test sample results have accuracy, repeatability, and reproducibility.
