Operation and Ergonomics: The ZEISS MICURA control panel is a new design. A display and two joysticks allow the operator to control and program the machine completely independently of the computer. The system is easy to operate, allowing measurements to be performed even without extensive experience using measuring machines. The space in front of the granite worktable ensures that the control panel and tools remain outside the measuring range.
Zeiss MICURA Micro-Coordinate Measuring Machine
Despite its compact size, the ZEISS MICURA micro-coordinate measuring machine delivers uncompromising measuring accuracy. The MICURA is equipped with the ZEISS VAST XT gold scanning probe and navigator technology.
Miniaturization and High Precision
As components in industrial production become increasingly miniaturized, the demand for higher measuring accuracy also increases. The MICURA is a customized solution designed to meet these new demands. Using the ZEISS VAST XT gold scanning probe and navigator technology, the MICURA achieves micrometer-level measuring accuracy during active scanning. It is particularly suitable for measuring complex, small workpieces used in optical and electronic products. Despite its compact design, the system has a measuring capacity of 500 x 500 x 500 millimeters—performance that surpasses similar products.
Precise High-Speed Scanning
The ZEISS VAST XT gold probe features high-speed scanning capabilities, enabling not only the determination of geometric features in a very short time but also the precise measurement and assessment of form errors such as roundness and flatness. The minimum probe diameter is only 0.3 millimeters.
High-Speed Scanning: VAST navigator
Zeiss CMM The PRISMO navigator enables extremely fast acquisition of the most precise measurement results. Navigator technology is a high-speed, high-precision scanning technology developed by ZEISS. Intelligent parameter optimization ensures measurement accuracy. Tangential approximation scanning, spiral scanning, and fast dynamic probe calibration further reduce measurement time.
Operation and Ergonomics
The newly designed control panel, equipped with an LCD display and dual-hand control panel, makes operation convenient and fast.
Sophisticated Design
Industrial ceramic guides and large bearing housings minimize the influence of external environmental factors.
ZEISS air bearings surrounding on four sides ensure better stability and measurement accuracy.
The ZEISS MICURA is also equipped with a workpiece temperature sensor.
Allows for efficient control of measuring force, suitable for sensitive materials.
The control cabinet, software, probes, and other components are all from ZEISS and are perfectly matched.
