The fully automatic dial indicator calibrator adopts an imported high-precision grating measurement system, precise grating displacement control technology, long-life precision patented guide rails, imported motor control system, fully automatic focusing camera, patented non-reflective light source, high-resolution CCD, large-screen color LCD display and touch system, and the latest digital image processing technology to achieve fully automatic and high-precision calibration of dial indicators. It uses computer-controlled motors to precisely drive the grating displacement, eliminating the need for manual rotation of hand wheels or micrometers; it uses calibration software to automatically collect current data, eliminating the need for manual sampling; it uses CCD to simulate the human eye to read the dial and automatically identify it, eliminating the need for visual observation and manual reading; while improving the calibration speed, it comprehensively frees physical and mental labor.
The calibration process uses artificial intelligence methods. The operator only needs to install the dial indicator, select the type, graduation value, and range of the instrument on the calibration software, and click the "Start Calibration" button. The calibrator will immediately drive the dial indicator to perform calibration according to the regulations. After the calibration is completed, it quickly prints out the calibration record and results (including the data list of each point, the positive and negative error curves, and whether various indication errors meet the standards and the qualification level). Its calibration speed is more than twice as fast as other domestic fully automatic dial indicator calibrators.

6. Has an automatic zeroing function, eliminating the need for manual zero adjustment before calibration;

8. Out-of-tolerance prompts during the calibration process;
9. Automatic processing of calibration data and determination;
10. Displays and prints historical records, including tables and curves of calibration point error data, various indication errors required to be measured in the regulations, and calibration results determined according to the regulations;
11. Allows querying and managing calibration records by dial indicator type, manufacturer, factory number, calibrator, submitting unit, equipment number, calibration date, and effective date;
12. Allows modification and saving of records and data;
13. Allows batch printing of calibration records or certificates by selecting multiple records from the database;
14. Allows exporting calibration data to Word documents;
15. Has database backup and restore functions;
