The SJ5200/SJ5300 utilizes an imported high-precision grating measurement system, a high-precision air-bearing drive system, an imported servo motor control system, a high-performance computer control system, and ultra-large capacity storage technology to achieve fully automatic, high-precision measurement of comprehensive thread parameters. Through the high-precision air-bearing system driving the probe to contact and scan the thread being measured, an imported high-precision grating measurement system records the coordinates in the horizontal and vertical directions during the contact scanning process. The computer synthesizes the two-dimensional recorded data, analyzes it according to the relevant definition of thread parameters, and calculates various thread parameters.
The thread comprehensive measuring machine is fully automatic. The operator only needs to install the thread to be measured, select the standard of the thread to be measured in the detection software, and input parameters such as the specifications and detection range of the thread to be measured. After clicking the "Start" button, the system immediately performs a fully automatic calibration. The system can display the tooth profile curve of the thread in real time, automatically calculate various thread parameters such as major diameter, pitch diameter, minor diameter, pitch, and tooth profile angle, and determine the qualification of the parameters of the thread being measured based on the thread standard database built into the system. The entire measurement process takes no more than 2 minutes, and the calibration result is automatically generated after the detection is completed.
The instrument's measurement principle conforms to the requirements of GB/T 28703-2012 "Test Method for Cylindrical Threads" and JJF 1345-2012 "Calibration Specification for Cylindrical Thread Gauges".
