Manual Fast Charging Test Box IT-E255M
The IT-E255M is a manual testing version with a large LCD screen. It supports direct connection with DC electronic loads such as IT8500+, IT8800, and IT8700 for simulating load testing of chargers. It provides Type-C and micro-USB interfaces for connection with the device under test.Automatic Fast Charging Test Control Box IT-E255A
The IT-E255A is an automatic testing version, also with a large LCD screen. It can be connected to the IT8500+ DC electronic load via a TTL interface for automatic testing. It can also be connected to a computer via a USB Type-B interface for online and offline testing.The IT-E255A is a fast charging box that requires no manual operation and supports automatic testing. It supports communication with a PC and allows PC operation of all functions of the fast charging box and some functions of the connected electronic load. This includes LIST programming, OCP/OPP testing, and automatic judgment.
Even without a PC, the program from the host software can be downloaded to the fast charging test box for convenient panel operation and automatic testing.

Product Functions and Advantages
Quick Charge 2.0 and 3.0 fast charging technology
For QC2.0 testing, the IT-E255 A/M fast charging box can simulate four voltage levels (5V, 9V, 12V, 20V, 18W) to test the output voltage of the charger under load. For QC3.0 testing, the fast charging box will perform load testing at any voltage between 3.6V and 20V in 0.2V increments.
Pump Express Plus and Pump Express 2.0
The IT-E255A/M fast charging box can simulate commands and different current loads to verify the output voltage of the charger under test, ensuring compliance with PE specifications.
Note that after changing the voltage in PE, the load must be applied immediately (within 300ms), otherwise the voltage will automatically revert to 5V. When using the IT-E255A/M fast charging box for PE testing, the electronic load must be removed before pressing START on the fast charging box. After pressing START, the load must be turned on within the set time (default 2 seconds). To adjust this time, press UP+DOWN simultaneously. See “IT-E255A/M Manual Panel Operation” for details.
USB Type-C and USB Power Delivery (PD) technology
The IT-E255A/M can simulate and verify the ability of USB PD 2.0/3.0 chargers to handle different currents at different voltage levels, simplifying complex testing.
