It can provide up to 6kW of power output in a 1U chassis and up to 12kW in a 2U chassis, making ITECH's entire high power density product line more complete and comprehensive.

Wide range output design, one unit replaces multiple power supplies
The IT-M3900D series includes 25 models in total, with output voltages ranging from 10V to 1500V and a maximum output current of 1020A. Using a wide-range output design, it offers users more voltage and current combinations compared to traditional fixed-range output DC power supplies, making it more flexible. A single power supply can cover a wide range of user application needs, significantly reducing the complexity and space occupied by the power supply system.

CC&CV Priority Function
CC/CV priority continuously helps users solve various demanding problems in long-term testing applications, making high-speed or overshoot-free applications more flexible. The IT-M3900D's CC&CV priority function allows users to choose the response speed and operating mode of the CC/CV loop to determine whether the output is in high-speed voltage mode or overshoot-free current mode, suitable for testing high-power integrated circuits, charge/discharge testing, automotive electronic power transient simulation and characterization, etc.

Efficient Parallel Technology
Considering the convenience and variability of user applications, the IT-M3900D uses a master/slave control mode, allowing for the parallel connection of 16 or more units. It also uses fiber optic parallel technology to fully address the slow speed and poor accuracy issues of traditional parallel methods, suitable for calibration and measurement, R&D laboratories, production lines, and ATE test setups.
