IT-N2100 series solar array simulator
The IT-N2100 series solar array simulator is a high-performance DC power supply with rapid IV curve changes, used to simulate the IV output characteristics of various solar panels under different environments (temperature, illumination, shade attenuation, aging). It can be used for testing and verification of solar microinverters, power optimizers, satellite power systems, and solar panel arrays. This series features low ripple, low noise, and high-speed MPPT tracking speed, with multi-channel synchronous control and a high-voltage topology structure.

Product Applications

Test solutions for microinverters and power optimizers

High response speed
The IT-N2100 series photovoltaic simulator current loop speed can reach 500kHz, supporting 250Hz MPPT speed. Its IV curve consists of 1024 data points and performs 16-bit linear interpolation, with excellent smoothness and close to the actual output of the photovoltaic array. The output of a real photovoltaic panel will strictly follow its IV curve. When the MPPT tracking frequency increases, the response speed of ordinary simulator power supplies is too slow, and it will not be able to track the IV curve, and the reliability of the test results is questionable. Under the condition of a higher MPPT tracking frequency, the IT-N2100 series photovoltaic simulator output still accurately conforms to the preset IV curve.

Low current noise
High fundamental frequency noise of the photovoltaic simulator will affect the MPPT tracking and current sampling accuracy of the inverter. The IT-N2100 solar array simulator has low current noise and high signal purity, ensuring the accuracy of the test.

Five PV models
The IT-N2100 solar array simulator comes with 5 PV models. Customers can operate through the front panel, using built-in national standard IV curve models, four-point method, table point plotting method, fixed mode, or list programming to simulate the output of the solar array IV curve, large-screen graphical display, real-time view of the MPPT tracking status of the microinverter, power optimizer, and other devices under test. In addition, models can also be imported through a USB drive on the instrument panel. When multiple units need synchronous operation, it is more convenient to use the host computer software, solar matrix simulation software, to achieve synchronous operation.
