This series offers two models. The KH3100A model is upgraded to automatically switch the test force. That is, when the user selects the scale through the screen buttons, the machine automatically identifies and switches to the correct test force, eliminating manual knob operation and completely avoiding human error. At the same time, it has an automatic reset function in case of abnormal power failure or sudden malfunction.

- Complete set of measurement scales: It can perform measurements using 15 scales: HR15N, HR30N, HR45N, HR15T, HR30T, HR45T, HR15W, HR30W, HR45W, HR15X, HR30X, HR45X, HR15Y, HR30Y, HR45Y. The materials to be tested cover various hardness ranges, such as cemented carbide, quenched steel, alloy steel, soft steel, copper, aluminum alloy, engineering plastics, and artificial wood.
- Automatic control of the test process: Loading, holding, and unloading are precisely controlled by the built-in computer, accurately meeting the latest national/international standard requirements. The entire testing process is fully automated, eliminating human interference and errors.
- Powerful data processing function: 400 sets of test time, serial number, and test results are automatically stored and can be retrieved and printed at any time, and cannot be modified. Effectively monitors test history, ensuring the objectivity and fairness of historical data.
- Tolerance limit: Set the allowable error limit, automatic identification and alarm when exceeding the limit.
- Data statistics: Calculate the average value, standard deviation, maximum, and minimum values, so that uncertainty evaluation can be directly performed.
- Scale conversion: Test results can be converted into Brinell, Vickers, Knoop hardness, and tensile strength.
