PHBR-300 The portable electric magnetic Brinell and Rockwell hardness tester uses the same traditional Brinell and Rockwell hardness testing methods as desktop hardness testers, and the test procedures and testing accuracy meet GB/T 230 、 GB/T 231 、 JJG 150 、 JJG 112 and other national standards. The hardness tester is fixed to the testing position of large steel workpieces through a magnetic suction cup. For Rockwell hardness, one-button operation can obtain accurate and reliable measurement results; for Brinell hardness, one-button operation can complete high-quality test force loading, pressing out the Brinell hardness indentation, and then the indentation diameter and Brinell hardness value can be measured through 40 a magnifying glass or an automatic indentation measurement system.
Uses
Used for steel materials of different shapes such as pipes, pipe fittings, bars, and plates.
Suitable for large heat-treated parts such as large castings, forgings, shafts, and molds.
Can be used for on-site hardness testing of installed pipeline projects.
Can completely replace the Leeb hardness tester, which is not high in accuracy and reliability.
