I. Overview (Summary)

II. Application
Contact angle meters are widely used in various industries, including mobile phone manufacturing, glass manufacturing, surface treatment, materials research, chemical engineering, semiconductor manufacturing, coatings and inks, electronic circuits, textiles and fibers, and medical biology. Contact angle measurement has become an important instrument for evaluating surface properties. (Some testing functions require the purchase of special accessories.)
1. Spreading, penetration, and absorption of liquids on solid surfaces, sessile drop method for measuring static contact angles;
2. Measurement of advancing angle, receding angle, contact angle hysteresis, rolling angle, and dynamic contact angle of materials on solid surfaces;

III. Principle
As shown in the figure above, the contact angle meter mainly consists of light source, injection unit, sample stage, acquisition system, and analysis software five major parts, and the equipment uses the principle of optical imaging.
Light source: Uses a dense LED cold light design, with uniform light emission, clean images, and a long lifespan;
Injection unit: Uses a high-precision injection pump for liquid dispensing, controlled by software for quantitative and constant speed, with stable droplet dispensing and accuracy up to 0.01 microliters;
Sample stage: Uses a three-dimensional manual fine-tuning platform, with flexible operation and accurate positioning. The sample stage can be customized according to the actual sample size;
Acquisition system: Uses an imported monochrome CCD camera, with stable shooting, clear images, and reliable results. The lens uses imported German industrial-grade configuration, with 10x magnification adjustable, and imaging without distortion;
Analysis software: Powerful functions, with one-button fully automatic fitting capability, and the most advanced fitting methods internationally, meeting the precise fitting of various droplet shapes;
