The XQ-2B Metallographic Sample Mounting Machine is a mechanical mounting machine. By rotating the handwheel on the outside of the machine body, a pair of bevel gears drives the internal screw rod of the machine body, causing the lower die of the sample pressing device to move up and down within the mold sleeve. Under the conditions of heating and pressing, the mounting material
embeds the sample inside the mounting material. The forming pressure during the embedding process is automatically compensated by the spring inside the machine body, and the pressure of sample pressing is indicated by an indicator light. When the indicator light is on, it indicates that a certain pressure has been applied to the sample being embedded. The XQ-
