The ZEISS PRISMO comes standard with the ZEISS VAST performance package, the ZEISS Multi-Application Sensor System (ZEISS Multi-Application Sensor System), and the new ZEISS C99m controller for highest productivity and outstanding performance.

     

    ZEISS PRISMO Veracity 
    New standards

    The ZEISS PRISMO Veracity delivers results with an accuracy of 0.7 + L/400 μm thanks to the use of ZERODUR scales and advanced CAA correction. Because it meets the requirements of VDI/DE 2627 for class 3 measuring rooms, all necessary measurements can be carried out in an air-conditioned room set to 19-22°C. The ZEISS PRISMO Veracity improves shape measurement values and is the best machine of its kind.

    Close to production

    Thanks to optimized air bearing integration, floating ZERODUR scales, and thermal bending correction, the ZEISS PRISMO fortis guarantees maximum accuracy at temperatures up to 40°C. Therefore, the ZEISS PRISMO fortis can be deployed in production areas without any additional investment in temperature-controlled measuring housings. It is also compatible with the ZEISS VAST rotary table (ZVR) option for faster rotary table movement and thus shorter measuring times.

     

    ZEISS PRISMO ultra 
    Highest accuracy

    The ZEISS PRISMO ultra achieves a length measurement accuracy of 0.5 + L/500 μm, further enhancing the accuracy of the ZEISS PRISMO. This is achieved through more precise scales, improved air bearing connections, additional CAA correction, air damping, and tighter matching of all machine components. The ZEISS PRISMO ultra is ideally suited for tasks requiring the highest accuracy, such as research, development, quality assurance, and the calibration of instruments or samples.
