HRS-150 Digital Rockwell Hardness Tester
The HRS-150 digital automatic Rockwell hardness tester features a novel appearance and menu-driven interface. The measuring device uses a grating sensor and computer control, and the hardness value is displayed directly on the LCD screen. It is a mechatronics hardness testing instrument. This machine can automatically convert various hardness parameters, identify the minimum thickness of the specimen, and determine the ambient temperature of the test. It has a built-in printer for reading relevant test results. It achieves automated operation, eliminating human operational and reading errors.
The hardness block has a calibration certificate. The issuance of the calibration certificate has the following qualifications (globally recognized): It follows the procedures stipulated by ISO17025 (full name ISO/IEC 17025:2005 ""General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories""), ANSI (full name American National Standards Institute), and can be traced to NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology). It has authorization numbers from A2LA (American Association for Laboratory Accreditation) and NVLAP (National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program).
