IT6100 Series High-Performance Programmable DC Power Supply
The IT6100 series features high resolution of 0.1mV/0.1mA, allowing for more accurate test results. Its voltage rise time can reach 20ms, and the high-speed List mode output allows for independent editing and execution of preset voltage waveforms, meeting the needs of high-speed testing.
The series is built-in with a 5½-digit digital voltmeter and milliohmmeter for accurate measurement of additional signals. Using the standard SCPI communication protocol, customers can optionally use GPIB/USB and RS232 for programming control, making it a better choice for laboratory and production line DC power supplies.

LIST Mode
The IT6100 series power supply provides a high-speed List mode output, allowing the power supply to automatically output according to the sequence edited by the user. By editing the value and time of each step of the LIST operation, various output changes can be generated.

Remote Sensing Function
When the load consumes a large current, a voltage drop will be generated on the connection line between the power supply and the load terminals. To ensure measurement accuracy, the IT6100 series provides remote sensing terminals on the rear panel, which customers can use to measure the input terminal voltage of the device under test.
